This is the release version 0.5 of "PD2C.COM", one of the utility programs on
"TPPD.DSK", now available in the 'Files' section.

Command line:
'PD2C /volname/filename [newname]' where 'volname' is the name of the ProDOS
volume in drive 'B:'; 'filename' is the name of a file in the root directory of
'/volname' and 'newname', an optional parameter, is the name of the file that
will be written, unconditionally, to the CP/M disk in drive 'A:'. If the
'newname' parameter is omitted, 'filename' is the name of the file that will
be written, unconditionally, to the CP/M disk in drive 'A:'.

*** WARNING ***
"PD2C" can NOT completely copy "sparse" files. The most likely source of sparse
files is "CiderPress". To ensure that "CiderPress" does NOT create a "sparse"
file, click on 'Edit', then on 'Preferences...', then on the 'Disk Images' tab.
Under 'ProDOS' make sure that the box "Use 'sparse' allocation for empty blocks"
is NOT checked.

For a note about 'TXT' files, see the last paragraph of:
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/applecpm/message/153

As this is a preliminary release of "PD2C", feedback is MOST welcome.
